At the North Olmsted Towne Center, construction of a mixed-use retail and office building will be completed by November.

The building, which lies between Target and La-Z-Boy Furniture, is the final of a four-building project with the Carnegie Management and Development Corporation that was launched in 2007.

According to Joe Khouri, the director of leasing for Carnegie, the ground level of the building will include Party City, which offers birthday party supplies and Halloween costumes, and The Tile Shop, a home improvement store.

Khouri also said the new building’s brick facade and landscaping will match that of the other three buildings.

Other retailers at the North Olmsted Towne Center currently include Men’s Warehouse, David’s Bridal, Dep Nail Salon and Spa, Brightnow Dental, Jimmy John’s and Moe’s Southwest Grill.

Khouri also said the office space on the second floor of the building, which totals roughly 32,000 square feet, is still available.

Businesses interested in the office space can contact Khouri at jkhouri@carnegiecorp.com or by phone at 440-892-6800.
